Mindful Movement and Relaxation
A series of five one-hour classes.
Delivered online on Monday evenings at 7:30pm (and mailed to participants afterwards).
This class is suitable for everyone and anyone – you just need a reasonably quiet place, a yoga mat, loose comfortable clothing, a blanket, and a body that would like to relax!
The class combines slow, gentle movement; simple breathing practices; and guided relaxation.
Each class is recorded and sent to all participants afterwards, so you can still practise even if you’re in a different time zone or can’t make it to some of the live sessions.

A hatha flow class with focus on breath and alignment for a steady start to your week. Suitable for anyone who has some Yoga experience.
6pm-7.15pm | Yoga Open Level (Drop-In Class) | The Fumbally Stables, Dublin 8
A dynamic hatha flow class focussing on breath, alignment and deep connection with your inner teacher. We finish with a long relaxation. All levels of Yoga experience are welcome and please get in touch with any questions.

12:30pm-1:15pm | ‘Welcoming the Weekend’, a series of 5 online classes
A recording is also provided so you can practise in your own time.
We start with dynamic movement to open and energise the body, and finish with a breathing practice to steady and centre the mind, leaving you refreshed and centred as you move towards the weekend. This practice is structured to appeal to all levels of Yoga experience.
